Hey guys and ladie, great segment. I enjoyed listening to you and hearing the passion in your respective roles. I must confess, I watched only a few of your segments, but they have been informative and I actually like them. Keep up the great work. I really enjoyed the topic on the tokenism. It’s something that needs to be discussed more in the black community. Opportunities are far and few between. When afforded an opportunity, make the most of it, not only for yourself, but the others that follow.
I have one concern, just be cognizant of the child and the language used in her presence. They tend to soak it in. Henni, I think your a great Mom. I got chills just watching you!!!

older and was the first or only person of color in the industry I came through so I can relate. Yes you should be concerned about the professionalism of a colleague because it not only reflects on you but sometimes it is done on purpose. Sorry to rant but 99% of minority professionals have gone through this. Stay strong, great job Henni, Doug and Will. 👏🏾
