Nice one Chris. I'm sure you are aware that according to GEARS the pros start the movement back towards the target with both the upper and lower body before they start the downswing transition in the golf swing. Apparently all part of the so-called re-centering move. Have you considered doing a tutorial on this or is it limited to elite golfers only?
