  1. "For some reason managers have found it difficult to win at this club". That reason is named Daniel Levy.

  2. It does not matter who becomes the next Spurs manager. As long as Levy controls everything, Spurs won't win anything.

  3. I don't think Levy cares what style the manager plays as long as he wins the game. He runs the club like a business corporation so he will hire whoever that is willing to do the job and will fire when the manager fails to deliver.

  4. Even as a non-Spurs fan, the sacking of Mourinho – serial winner and cup finalist supreme – days before the League Cup final was one of the worst, most idiotic, ridiculous decisions in the history of the club.

  5. Whoever comes in, he must demand Levy to stop buying players for his own indulgence and buy a captain.

  6. Jamie Redknapp should be working in a call centre or something, not talking about football.

  7. Yes Graham we need more of the lampards and Gerrard why not offer gary a job while you at it

  8. Credit to Spurs. Even after "tumultuous" manager changes they never lost their "identity" 😂

  9. Chelsea has 25 managers in 23 years. So they comeci take over an old team win with it, then they get fired in the year they actual has their owe team.

Managers failed at Spurs they get fired for not winning. What is the big deal?

  10. Spurs have had a golden player in Harry kane who along with son has kept them ticking along for so long.i think kane and son will stay if pochattino comes back in, but he would need to spend big elsewhere in the side to get them challenging at the top again.

  11. I'm not a Spurs fan but more I think about it Brendan Rodgers is probably the best fit for them as a manager…He knows the league, has managed a big club in Liverpool, knows how to get unfancied teams winning like Leicesters FA Cup and has a possession based brand of football their supporters expect. 🤷

  12. The fact of the matter is we have been bang average for decades now, and will remain that until we get a owner like man city or chelsea did have,

  13. It's interesting that they thought Potter needed to rehabilitate his reputation, but Rodgers didn't? I guess Brendan has been around long enough now for people to be aware of his qualities/faults. I think it'd probably be good for Potter to get another mid-rank job (like a West Ham or Leicester) just so he can build his confidence up.

I think any of Rodgers, Luis Enrique, Galtier, Amorim or Thomas Frank would be decent appointments. Poch seems to be going to Chelsea, and I'm not sure Nagelsmann is that keen, either

  14. If you dont see the problem is daniel levy that is at fault with this club then you may aswell shut your mouths because you clearly dont know what your talking about its that simple

  15. Dutch football club Feyenoord has a young and intelligent manager. That guy is doing some fantastic work. Last season he managed to reach the final of the conference league. This season he was beaten in the quarter final of the Europa league and the club is on the way to win the Dutch 'eredivisie' league. Which means a champions League for the next season. With a very small club budget. He managed to build a strong, high pressing, attacking and above all a winning team. His playstyle is a mix of xavi, pep and klop. Defending and pressing high on the pitch in a very high intensity. I would know what to do If I was levy. 1000% going for this guy. And not unimportant: 'He speaks English very well.

  16. Redknapp thinks Mason needs to cut his teeth at a lower level, but has no problem with Lampard getting all these top jobs. Wonder why…
