  1. I really wish someone could help me with this, I am not very flexible at all, I in no way can create separation and keep my but on the chair feels impossible, I have had 3 coaches try and either bad coaches or I just can't find someone that can help

  2. I noticed my trail heel is very high off the ground at impact but i feel like i need to do this to this to open my hips. Is this wrong? (Beginner golfer here)

  3. Hey Jonathan, I’ve been working on this exact same feeling and move all this past week from another YouTube instructor who pushes this as his signature move in most of his instruction. All week I’ve been trying to add more flexion and getting lower in the downswing but all I end up doing is chunking the heel of the club FAT Into the ground way before contact 😡🤬. Why does this usually happen, and how do you Not do this?? It is very prevalent while doing these drills and makes me want to just give up and find another drill because all I’m learning how to do is chunk the heel FAT into the ground before the ball trying to feel this flexion in the downswing.

  5. Great info! But setup posture and upper chest side bend on BS and DS is key, or it’s fat city, flips or shanks.

  6. I'm a little taller guy and an instructor is trying to get me to stay taller as to not lose my power. I dipped alot but maybe not this way.
