Workout breakdown of my Leg Day as a 21 year old Hybrid Athlete. Balancing lifting on your legs whilst running is tricky, I get into how I am doing it as I prepare for a marathon. I channel my inner Tom Platz and start the workout off with 100 Reps of SQUATS.. good luck😳
