Callum Wilson came off the bench to score his seventh and eighth goals of the month and inspire Newcastle United to a comeback victory over Southampton at St. James’ Park. The Magpies were trailing to the league’s bottom club when the England forward, who had scored twice against Everton three days earlier, was introduced at half time – but Eddie Howe’s men ended the afternoon with a 3-1 victory which kept them in third place despite Manchester United edging past Aston Villa at Old Trafford. And Wilson, United’s leading marksman for the past two seasons, is now enjoying his best ever scoring season in the top flight with 15 and counting in an increasingly memorable campaign for both him and his club.

Gordon reminds me of Miggy (but when Miggy first arrived) my money is on Eddie turning him into what miggy has been like this season, how long will it take who knows, there is a player in there and i think he needs just 1 goal to be up and running. (Confidence is a game changer) as we all know and have seen, with other players.
The lads are flying and Isak and Wilson seem to work rather well together so i would start Isak on the left forward and Wilson through the middle against Arsenal.
It was Wilson that bullied Arsenal last season in the home fixture so he has to be a nailed on Starter.
As for the game (Don't forget this Southampton side went 3-1 up away at Arsenal last week so they are NO MUGS)

VAR is corupt ther is no clear prof Almiron touch the ball so agin ther try to take away goal from Newcastle so we dont get top 4 crazy, how diffrences rules if then it come to other club, it clear VAR has 1 set of rule for top 6 then rest of leaggue follow other rules
re the Gordon subbing off, Howe did say he liked Murphy more on the right than the left – so hooking Gordon off and pushing Isak left and bringing Wilson on was a great tactical decision that ultimately won the game

Would disagree on Bazunu for Southampton (I'll admit my bias as being from Ireland), he's a quality young keeper stuck in a shit team. I would love for Newcastle to sign him, as good as Pope is, he's had a good defence in front of him and is a limited keeper, Bazunu will be quality.
