Agreed. Especially with pointing out the cop out of bifurcation. The roll back could be a good thing for the game but is just not worth separate equipment rules.

The long hitters are still going to be long hitters. The shorter hitters will hit it shorter. Look at Hilton head. Not a long course but it has a lot of strategy to it where you just can't bomb driver on every hole and the scores reflect that. Also, Grow the rough up in more tournaments.
