If a coach willingly accepts another job why does his contract have to be paid or bought out? If they fired him early then I understand your owed that money but if you pick to leave whatever is remaining should just go away as you chose not to fulfill your contract?

I’m Not crazy about the hire. I was hoping for someone we didn’t have to say “I trust Kelly”. Very underwhelming, especially with big time recruits on the line.
