    I am no trying to take any credit away from Badosa but Coco was powerless 8n this game. Sorry, but in situations where you controlling a game and only shots you can produce are lobs or lame-ass forehands l, you not going to get far any tournament.

    Badosa is such a great player and seems like she really gets along with all the other players, her at net moments are always very amiable. Plus she's so beautiful too. She must look awesome in a skirt and heels

    Coco ranked 6 and Badosa 26??? Come on that’s ridiculous. Badosa is WAY better and just proved it. Wish I had hit up Vegas!

    Badosa hasn't found her range in Madrid yet, because she was playing much better in Charleston and Stuttgart.

    Coco needs a coach..I hope they don't wait till her ranking has gone to far down along with her confidence..You have to spend money(coach) to make money 😉

    Wow, what a beat down. The local crowd loved the fact that a Spaniard won, so the atmosphere was electric.

    The sister is way overrated and over hyped, her game is just returning the balls, nothing special. She ain't going to go far in any tournament

    I feel bad for Coco, something obviously wrong with her game, coaching, or mental, and it needs to change soon, or she's like sloan stephens!!

    Same ol’ same ol’ Lack of consistency by so called top players in every tourney. Might as well throw out the ranking system at this point! Why bother since none of the top players can consistently win!

    Badosa has definitely upped her game playing in her home city tournament. Wouldn’t be surprised to see her make,the finals.

    Como aparecem especialistas em tênis feminino quando é pra criticar Gauff. Nunca viram uma partida feminino na vida.

    Not impressed by Coco's game. It's very one dimensional. Doesn't come to the net hardly at all. Few drop shots. Even her power isn't overwhelming. She plays too many shots straight back to her opponents. It's as if she's not thinking out there; as if she were in practice sessions. In the beginning people compared her with Serena based on her potential. Well, here we are a good 4 years into her career and she's only marginally improved her game.

    Gauff lacks basic foehand skill. She tends to make a lot of errors even if easy ball like most USA women tennis players . no hope when it comes to US women tennis.
