Great tip and drill. If you want to spend money, The Hanger is really good aide to use to keep the wrist flat at the top.
Hey Matt. Great stuff! I recently got the new trading aid from Sean Foley, the ProSENDR. It’s certainly not free but it trains wrist conditions and instantly improved my ball striking in a huge way. I would love to see you review it.
So, to get that proper wrist cock with the flat left wrist, do you feel like you're cocking your right wrist or left wrist? My golf instructor had me put a credit card in my glove, but I'm trying to figure out the feeling I get in my wrist without the card. Love the channel man.
