Jimmy really needs to stop looking so down and defeated every time he even gets a bit of bad luck, let alone actually makes a bad shot. It doesn't just affect your own game acting like that, it gives clear signals to the opponent that you're struggling mentally and gives them a lot of confidence. He also keeps going for really risky difficult pots for no real reason, when he could play a good safety instead. Honestly, if he can just focus and sort his head out in these things, he could win a fair few more frames at the very least. He digs himself holes psychologically, which he sort of always did under pressure in the big matches, but now it's constantly.
Stupid shot to take on even if it was game ball when the pink is on the cushion like that at such an acute angle, that guy won't go far if his shot selection goes on like that, I mean what did he think was gonna happen, if the pink doesn't drop it will sit over the pocket whilst the black is over another, he should have just placed the white where the pink was and sent the pink at the other end.
