Had a recent lesson and ( quite rightly) the Pro insisted I get good strikes from the static LPP.
Doing it successfully from static with no pump is damn tricky, but when achieved , you feel way left like Fleetwood and Zach Johnston.

Great video and instructions 👍👍as always , I shot a 49 this Thursday my driver wasn’t on that day but I got good roll but my second shots were long and very accurate providing several birdie chances but par was the best I could do 49 for 9 holes might not sound great but last year I was in the high 50s

anything like this word "forever" dont mean shit for golfers and wont work.
..thanks Alistair, can I ask is there a sense of rolling the club head over through impact. Many people I know including myself seem to hold the club square through impact to make sure it goes straight like on a short pitch shot. For someone who holds it square should we be feeling a kind of rolling over of the club through impact, thanks again

Hi Alistair. Another amazing drill! I played nine holes today after practicing this drill for about a week. I shot 3 over par. The wind was howling and it was only 40 degrees. My best nine holes in years 😮😊. Thanks again. Ralph G
