Its not a big dropoff SLEEPER: what about Dawand Jones the biggest and longest tackle ever.
I just don’t see how Skoronski is the pick when Poles and Flus have talked about how length is important, specifically at the tackle position. Not to mention it was one of their three most important factors on that traits board they created. Not saying he couldn’t survive out there, but everything this FO has put out suggests that they view him as a guard. And if they view him as a guard, then it’s reasonable to think that they’d like Paris, Wright, and even Jones more just due to positional value

If the bears take a guard at 9, they’ll have to pick a tackle later.
We either need to put pressure on a quarterback or protect our quarterback. Otherwise i would see this as a wasted pick. A trade would be the only exception.
Skoronski as a guard? Hell yes! Fields took too many hits before he could take a step. Carter to the Lions? We better have damn good guards!

I would assume the Bears will take Skoronski if he is there. Fans love Jenkins and some of that is due to Youtube videos of him manhandling a defender over a sideline bench. Yet, when the Bears sign only one FA offensive lineman and he plays the same position as the fan favorite, it appears they have other plans.
Skoronski better not be the pick. He is a guard and we have guards. I hate this whole Chicago link because he sounds like a Chicago kid. I want the best player available or a trade back.
