  1. Idk if it’s just me but umpires and referees in ALL sports seem to have gotten worse and worse every year

  2. Embarassing.

Umps will be gone soon anyway for an automated system. It speeds things up and removes subjectivity.

No need for this garbage anymore.

  3. shut up, homer announcers. Those pitches were outside, but he called him the same way multiple times. So I don't know what else you want. Call the game and shut up about your damn opinions.

  4. The worse an ump is the more people they eject. MLB has no control over the bad ones they let in because they're unionized. Can't wait for the auto-zone next year!

  5. ive never understood in all the years ive watched baseball, why umpires have the power they do. you watch basketball, football maybe hockey. coaches and players have far more freedom to argue in those sports before anything happens, in baseball you look at a umpire wrong and they throw you out. its something the league should have nipped in the butt years ago, umps make terrible calls all the time and nothing is allowed to be done about it. you get upset, you argue a little and they toss you. its not really fair but thats baseball

  6. That's Jim Palmer!
    Baseball Hall of Fame,
    World Series Champion,
    3 Time Cy Young Awards.
    Greatest Pitcher In Orioles History.

  7. The ump reminds me of the first boss you meet in a video game, where you show up live 5 levels lower than recommend and with no required equipment but still win. He looks and acts like it lol

  8. Uhhhhhhhhh he threw his equipment, was cited for said violation (hence the umpire's point), then threw more equipment. Am I missing something here or is this a legit ejection 😂

  9. NHL and NFL refs get ripped a new one constantly during games and very rarely even hand out penalties. These babies toss guys out because water is too wet

  10. Need to start walking out of the stadium, after demanding a refund for your ticket fee! If enough teams start to feel the pinch they will put pressure on the league to fire these bad umpires.

  11. MLB has never done anything about arrogant umpires….That along with their fruitcake new rules helps them to have managed to ruin the game for me….I no longer watch baseball and i played it in some form for 40 yrs…I no longer go to games of which ive been to a couple hundred in my lifetime….Whatever happened to if it aint broke dont fix it….??? Seems to be the powers that be out thunk they own ass this time when outs are recorded where nobody threw the ball and nobody swung the bat along with artificial runners in extra innings….Screw all that noise , it sucks and they can keep it, i'll keep my money….

  12. More announcers need to call out umpire's bullshit, since the coaches and players literally can't without getting fined.

  13. The home plate umpires need to have an ear bug and the calls need to be coming from someone that knows what a ball and a strike are. We have the technology. They are changing the rules again this year so why not get these calls right?

  14. We have no idea what the player said, could have said “you fucking suck”, umpires can take some verbal abuse but some ejections are definitely warranted.

  15. That wasn't the strike two pitch that was shown from the overhead. It's a disingenuous attack on the umpire. Also, there was a warning for throwing equipment and he continued to throw more equipment, necesitating the ejection.
