I just think we have a squad of spare parts at the moment and can only blame Webber for that.
While I certainly think money could help, I can't help but look at how Chelsea have spent in the past year and are Mid-table. There has got to be something more than money that makes the difference.

As Jack says everything comes back to the recruitment. It’s been poor since the window that brought in Krul, Emi and Teemu – 5 years ago. That was the peak and who knows how much it was Kieran Scott not Webber that did that business. Webber has largely sat back and collected his pay packet since then, stealing a living.

Obvious Webber was useless years ago, being bitten on the bottom and ending up in dire straits is part and parcel of a selling football club unfortunately.

Webber out for me! worse off than when we started but the main reason is the recent breakdown of comms and openness to the local media and fans. He now goes missing and only turns up when it suits. The "mountain thing" just showed the lack of commitment especially during the critisism he started receiving…. However, nothing will change till the owners change – we need new owners with funding that can compete today. Sadly, Delia's £8m 20 years ago doesnt even buy a decent centre back in todays market….
I think the Onel contract is a correct one. However, my thoughts are this is an excellent PR job because of his ability to connect with fans as well as his all out enthusiasm to do well.

Actually it’s a relief, in view of recent performances, that Norwich are not in the play offs. It would only result in further punishment
for undeserving loyal fans. There’s more than a good chance that Ipswich would beat Norwich at the moment.
Us Norwich fans are always overreacting about situations. Yes it’s terrible right now but there’s seriously no reason we can’t have a fantastic season next season.
We have a squad capable of winning the championship, we just need momentum and the right culture at the club.
Just think back to the first Farke promotion, worse team (on paper), they just had the perfect chemistry and togetherness.

Think we're seeing the fault of Webber, higher ups and the players attitudes towards the games. All three need to be sorted to make steps in the right direction, use the youth. Make smart signings and save money instead of splashing big cash on players for the prem when we're not secured.
Just need to buy proven championship quality players, not european nobodys they have watched videos of, there are loads of players capable of forming a good side in this country. We give 5 year contracts to a player who cannot score when up the road there is an ex canary now on 20 goals in the championship, we should have moulded him into the player he is now! Pay peanuts you get Monkeys, get some decent loans next year and tell them to knuckle down and prove us all wrong FFS!
Owners have not saved our bacon many times. They loaned club money and have taken it all back. They have also taken us to league 1 for first time in 50 years.
New owners required before start of next season.
I don’t know what to think at the moment it was embarrassed to lose to Swansea at home I was there for the first time I had to see all that Webber Webber Webber out he was gonna go out last season but no his wife defended him it’s gonna happen again so I think the last game of the season there is going to be a massive protest and I would definitely join in to help these Norwich City supporters because I am sick of this football team losing I’m losing over again David Wagner has got a big big job to do now he’s got a go on that summer transfer market and do what Norwich City do best spend money on crap players are you doing I’m sorry TNT fans had to listen to this but it’s true Jack Chris’ I love the videos I mostly watch Jack every day when he does one and watch loads I know it’s been a terrible season for Norwich City But we have to stick together as fans

The ownership situation mentioned towards the end has been the issue for at least a decade.
Swansea fan here, I have no real insight at what’s happening to your club. But be careful with American owners, if they are like ours they will suck you dry! Lucky we have super Russell Martin! Anyway good luck for the rest of the season and the future!
