As a Newcastle fan I can say we are way ahead of what we thought this season would be . I would of been happy with 9th . Then keep building and let's not forgot the owners said they wanted us to be up there with In 10 year … We are way ahead of what was expected . Hopefully we make the right singings in the summer to stay in and around top 4 but winning the league next year .. no chance , 3-4 year the way thing are going maybe ? But that depends on how man city do the next few year , we miles away from them with the squad that we have . Man city bench costs more then our starting 11 maybe even our full squad . Good time to be a Newcastle fan tho ⚫⚪ can't wait to see what happens in the future!!
This Newcastle team reminds me of the first Goal movie where Newcastle was actually fighting for champions league football.

The one big big difference between Chelsea/Spurs and Newcastle (EDDIE HOWE) he's a way better manager than people gave him credit for and better than Lampard/Potter et-al.

When Spurs were in the same position under Poch our Chairman decided to build our Stadium instead of investing and giving him the few more players he needed to push on. Listen at least The Toon need to strengthen their squad but must invest better than Spurs did and then they’ll give themselves half a chance to push on much better than we did
