I would be interested what Gus thinks about this.
1 – Instead of golden point, extra time is golden try, and every 5 minutes, each team must reduce their number of players on the field by 2. I think this would be very exciting, and field goal skills still come into play before the full time siren.
2 – Keep the sin bins as they are, but the player is in the bin for 10 minutes, or if the opposition scores, whichever happens first.
No Geoff Robinson or Tom Raudoniska as the scariest player??

How about u sin bin someone for ten minutes, but u can make replacement sub, so u just calm the player down and u don’t loose players on th field,,, if it’s 100% u send off,,,,,

Sin bin should stay. If not and your playing panthers in grand final, you would bash Cleary every time he kicked and rub him out of the game. You win the GF and serve your suspension next year. Wrong. Totally unfair. Stop giving away penalties
My only problem with players retiring from rep footy is who does it. Guys like Wally Lewis, Andrew johns, laurie Daley, Brad Fittler, Cameron smith, Jonathan Thurston, billy slater. All those guys deserved the right to retire from rep footy. They’d have been picked forever. A guy like wighton retiring is on the nose for me, because he is hardly a first picked job for life player. Him retiring makes it sound like he’s the one in charge when in reality there’s no guarantee that Freddie or mal would pick him.
The tackle on Olam was a shoulder charge by both defenders. No arms at all. Can you use shoulder charges on the body as long as the head isn’t contacted? Don’t know
