Playing provisional would be 4th? I would have thought it be 3rd. ?
The next shot she plays using the provisional will be the fourth shot, 1st – lost, 2nd-back to tee 3rd- safe, 4th- the next shot.

Whats with the beer gut?
If you hit your provisional ball shorter than the original ball can you hit the provisional again or must you look for the original ball before any subsequent hit.
Most players I speak too believe if you hit your provisional before looking or finding the original ball you have to continue playing the provisional?
