Cure A Golf Slice In Minutes (Hit It Dead Straight)

It’s truly mind boggling that people still slice the ball when I can literally cure a golf slice in minutes allowing anyone to hit it dead straight. This is not a joke. It’s a fact.

I have been doing this since 1991. Don’t believe me? Go here and watch me cure this guys massive slice allowing him to hit it 250 yards dead straight in minutes: https://www.paulwilsongolf.com/cure-slice

All you have to do to cure a slice is divide it into 2 parts. You cure the spin first. Then you cure the direction. It is that simple. Any other so called golf slice cure does not fix the 2 parts of the shot this is why it will never work. Instead, if you do get it hooking it’s a pull hook. This is still a swing flaw. I get people hitting it dead straight from a square set up. Huge difference.

So if you want to fix your golf slice then watch this tip and work on the 2 steps. Start with 7 iron to make it easy then move up to driver. Remember it into the future so if you start slicing again you can fix it on your own.

  1. Hey, I always try to fix some issues. I often have good sessions but for 2-3 sessions in a row now I feel a bit lost. It feels like I tried to correct so many things, that I've become insecure about my swing. I have no clue how my swing should feel, I don't know if I turn correctly and more. So I'm almost at 0 again. What shall I do now?

  2. I’ve always wanted to draw the ball along with all the other slices out there. It’s interesting how the story of the toe beating the heel to the finish line is so helpful. It’s like the other story of Paul’s saying think of takeaway as a house painters brush stroke. You want to know something? That works, as I’m sure this new story will do the same. It’s golf made simple. Turn the belt buckle. We can all do that. Right? Yep sure can. And just keep watching Paul till the cows come home. We’re all going to become aces!!!

  3. Truly one of the best instructors on YouTube. No bs, straight to the point. Going to try to implement this when I play today, thank you sir!

  4. hi paul good day. hope you can make a video how to avoid hitting iron on the toe of the club. thank you

  5. Shot my lowest round on Friday with a 91!! Was in 110-115 area for most of last year… now in mid 90s consistently just from watching Paul last 5-6 months. THANK YOU! Using my body to swing and not my arms… GAME CHANGER. Every tip is easy to comprehend and practice. SO CLOSE TO 80s, are there any Course Management Videos coming out soon?!

  6. I've watched hundreds of golf videos. I started golfing last year. I've tried and tried to get that feeling of "releasing the club" or "loose wrist". I just learned that I needed way bigger grips. (I had too small of grips that it was causing me to hang on too tight.) I have huge hands. Yesterday at the range was the first time using my new grips. I've FINALLY got that feeling. It's like magic and just like you always say. Body first, don't try and HIT the ball. Thanks Paul you are the man.

  7. I see that you are on some videos using the new SwingCaddie SC4. When can you post some videos showing this device in action. There aren’t any videos of this device actually being used and compared to other existing launch monitors.

  8. Two go to’s for me to be honest, Paul and Clay Ballard…..seem to get me relatively corrected.

So my question is the opposite …..How bout other problem of overdrawing irons?

  9. My second year these videos have really helped me hit the ball. I still seem to push everything right slightly but these videos are great

  10. Paul's comment that starts at the 6:00 mark is dead on! He taught me how to use my hips to power the golf club. I'm 84 so I can't hit the ball great distances any more. But I still shoot decent scores because, at the Air Force Academy two days ago I hit all 14 fairways. At Spring Valley today I hit 12 fairways. The two I missed were in light rough just a tad off the fairway. The three much younger gentlemen I played with today were in the woods and fields constantly. Trust Paul's teachings. He knows what he's talking about!

  11. Hi Paul- Excellent tip as always. Just did my Pre Season Body Swing review and saw this many times. Hopefully our Alberta weather will continue so I can take my drills to the range. Always enjoy the tips and especially the Body Swing. Thanks to you and the team. 🇨🇦

  12. Paul, do you have a patreon for support? Or should I use the $thanks? You deserve support for the big help you have given me

  13. Paul, This tip is exactly what you do with the high handicappers in your Virtual Golf School video program. I purchased it last fall and was amazed how in real time you got many of the participants in the school , who were dead slicers, probably 20 handicappers, to actually start hooking and drawing the ball. Best $77 I ever spent.

  14. Hey Paul. I have a problem in regards to the coil: i seem to be able to coil just fine when doing the helicopter drill, but the moment i get the club in my hand i simply cant do it. It just feels impossible to rotate like i am stuck. If you have any advice that would be amazing. Thanks in advance
