    The Dukes is the only local course i have ever refused a freebie on.. not my favourite track and the hills at 9th &18th are kilers without a buggy!!

    Good stuff. You wanted folk to suggest courses to play. I love Southerness on the beautiful Solway Firth – Dumfries & Galloway (a much-underrated part of the world to visit or play golf). & under 3 hours from Manchester. Beautiful and challenging (if the winds a blowing) Mackenzie Ross course.

    Series 2 off to a cracking start. Really like the slightly longer form, definitely a more relaxed vibe from you as well which is nice to see. Great also seeing a set bag of clubs you're going to use, I've binged all of in the red season 1 over the last week and seeing your putter change every episode stressed me out – can't even imagine how it made you feel!
