  1. definitely going to take a look at this. as a soon to be 53 yr old my flexibility has been… well non existent… great stuff boys! Keep up the good work!

  2. Glad you did this video, I have been looking at these and wondering is it truly beneficial. Great video fellas.

  3. Thanks so much for grinding for a month. I stopped using it as I got a shoulder injury (from golf) and haven't gone back to it. You've inspired me to take it up again.

  4. Been doing it since Nov 17th, feels like I had zero time off, playing to potential and dropped 3 shots off handicap

  5. Definitely want one of these. After some serious injuries and surgeries I know my biomechanics have changed big time and my range of motion is just not what it used to be. But that’s going to change this year.

  6. I think the most important questions though, are how did the improvements translate onto swingspeed and ball speed?

  7. 20:04 just great position and rotation also the swing looks much better…you should maybe do a larger sample and see how it convertes into the trackman numbers…i am surprised i use my youtube pretty much only for golf stuff for half a year but first video i 've seen was 2 days ago in Titleist factory

  8. I'd been doing GolfForever for over a year before the swing trainer came out. When the swing trainer came out over a year ago, it initially made me mad. First, they sold the program as a few resistance bands, some dumbells, and a foam roller, all you needed. Then, they wanted $199 to do the "good workouts." I'm a sucker, so I bought it. It's an ok piece of equipment. And the program is fantastic. It was great before the swing trainer, but it's a better workout now. I haven't seen distance gains, but I've noticed less back pain after golf. More importantly, I've noticed less pain in everyday life. It is an excellent program that has taught me a lot about managing general aches and pains as I get older.

I'm generally hesitant about reviews like these that advertise they get nothing for the glowing reviews. For example, I don't find the swinger trainer useful for a swing warmup. The grip is way too big. It's a very awkward golf club feel. The Orange Whip is a better tool to warm up with. That, of course, comes at a cost of it's own. Additionally, it fits into a crammed golf bag much better. I highly recommend the GolfForever program as a general health and wellness program with or without the swing trainer. For those thriftier types, you could easily build a swing trainer at home for much less than $199 and follow the GolfForever program with the swing trainer.

  9. What were the improvements to distance and ball speed? Thanks for the great video, I may buy this now.
