-3 circuits, 4 rounds of each
-Rest as needed throughout
Circuit 1 (straight line), 4 rounds
-Snap down, vertical, broad, 4×4
-Snap down to staggered stance, sprint, breakdown, backpedal, 4×6 alternating the staggered stance
Circuit 2 (side to side), 4 rounds
-Lunge switch, push/tap/push, 4×8 alternating sides
-Shuffle passed the line, cross step once, shuffle back, 4×8 alternating sides
Circuit 3 (combining different directions), 4 rounds
-Staggered start L bound, 4×8 alternating sides
-Sprint, bounce out & back, cross step, 4×8 alternating sides
