I actually played good when i copied big John Daly, i put my beer and peanuts down and tee'd the ball high on 370 yd par 4's and let it fly, took 7 iron to the greens and walk up to the ball and stroke it in for par, i played good.

Absolutely love your instructional videos. You have made a huge difference to all our games. But…I have to say you dropped the ball in telling slicers to aim left and to "go with what you got". That's like putting a loose bandaid on a gaping wound…in the long run..it just doesn't work. It's not really fixing the problem. Still…you are still one of the best…if not "THE" best golf instructor on the internet. Keep up the great work sir.
I slice, slice bad, when I have aimed left, you bet it goes dead straight at whatever I'm aiming at to the left
I've found nothing straightens out my slice like adjusting my aim to compensate for it.
actually, the best thing for straightening out my slice is to back off a little bit from trying to crush the ball. it lets me flow through the swing, much better. and all the bits and bobs I'm picking up will go to work on ramping up the power without bringing back the slice.
and some time I will make it out to the back garden and do a little pitching with the open foot stance.
