Coming from this podcast, it's got to make no sense.
I love his twentyman in the huddle podcast.
Because this show doesn't have a scout they run with stereotypes all the time. If you're white you can't run if you're big you can't run and if you play LB and you're white, big, and playing the slow B10 you definitely can't run.
Do the even read scouting reports? I cringe at some of the stuff the say.
While I'm not advocating drafting a lb Jack Campbell is the complete opposite of how they described him according to his combine numbers and scouting report. And at 6'4" 249 lbs he now projected to go in rd 1.

Braylon is one of best hosts on Woodward but his take on Campbell is stupid. He has some of the best tape out of the linebackers. His forty wasn't the best but he rocked the other drills, and I think people forget that linebackers make most of their plays within 15 yards. They make those plays moving laterally through traffic. Brian Urlacher 4.61 forty. Campbell 4.65. 🤔
Lions get #3 and #66 and they take Anderson and a best available DB (perhaps DJ Turner with the #66)

Trade back and pick up Paris Johnson or Peter Skoranski, not a bad move there. Also if someone wants to trade up for a QB, and you can get a 1st next year, I am all for that
Also seeing that Wilson will likely get picked before Anderson, perhaps at #3. His value is skyrocketing, apparently after people realized that he has virtually the same wingspan as Giannis and that Anderson got dominated against TN (his best competition on the line).
Please stop letting Braylon talk. Campbell has the same speed coming out as Fred Warner, the best LB in football. His RAS is 9.98. Please just stop! Do a Google search once in your life Braylon. If Jack Campbell isn't good it won't be because he's not athletic enough.
I like Campbell, but I’m 59 years old. I remember when LBs like him were highly effective and valued. It’s a different game now, and he is not a 2nd round pick.
