Remember guys, women can be athletic but they are all naturally clumsy. The first foul to the face was not intentional, the Georgia player came with her arms out while the Iowa player leaned over to make a bounce pass, it isn't like she found her face with her hand, it was the other way around. Pause at 0:06 . That happens all the time in basketball. Also the nudge on Caitlin was not bad AT ALL, Caitlin just fell down extra clumsy as any woman would. What is it with the announcers? Following the two flagrant fouls, the play-by-play announcer stated, "this is very unfortunate for Georgia." The analyst attributed the behavior to "just frustration coming to the forefront." So, the Georgia players who committed the flagrant fouls were victims of bad luck or just frustrated. Anyone with any sense of objectivity can see those acts for what they are: pure thuggery. Announcers: you came across as a couple of lame apologists who condone that behavior. Shame on you!

I like that female basketball is becoming competitive. And you know that when it gets chippy. What I don’t like are all these people who don’t understand competitiveness or sports and that sometimes it does get physical , and that these people try to make it racial thing. This happens all the time in men’s sports, and the same people don’t say anything.
