Currently home builders in the area have not reduced prices on Homes and some have actually raise the price. some of the builders are offering extra incentives on inventory homes which can range from more to closing costs, upgrades and potentially mortgage rate lock ends with a discount. Waterleigh from DR Horton is probably the best community for fantastic amenities such as Resort style swimming pools, fantastic Clubhouse and many locations for children to play at a playground. It also has tennis and volleyball along with mini golf and much more. Southern Winter Garden is probably the best location due to its proximity to Walt Disney World and also Kissimmee. Fantastic homes along with a Countryside feeling but not lacking in tons of shopping and tourist attractions. Fireworks from Walt Disney World Resort can be seen at night going off from the Magic Kingdom.
