  1. always find aintree a bit of a let down after cheltenham, even the nat is a lot poorer for the change to the fences.

  2. Stage star a must ,remember this meeting is a week later so 4 weeks break from Cheltenham

  3. Had a good one last year, you have to think outside the box! Noble Yates prime example..50/1 and I never usually bet on a Saturday

  4. Only in Britain would you ruin a fantastic race by not allowing the joint owner of Bravemansgame to run it in his own name, the lunatics have taken over the asylum 🙈🙈🤷‍♂️🤡🤡

  5. Brian Hughes gets a nose bleed if he comes South Of Watford, champion jockey by default,I can’t remember too many times he rides against the big boys,my opinion Ahoy Senor is a negative with him on board

  6. On skybet they doing money back if 2nd 3rd or 4th so had the max £20 on zenta can't see her out of the 4

  7. Brian Hughes plainly isn't a great jockey or he would have had a offer from some big yard and be retained. Maybe he has and it's undisclosed but I'd doubt that. He rarely gets one home that shouldn't really have won, other jocks can. Then again, Tom thinks Davy Russell still rides Cheltenham well. I'm glad my opinion of him was vindicated this year. In saying that, if Brian Hughes is ever going to look like a real champion, it can happen at Aintree after the lord mayor's show has left Cheltenham.
