  1. Here's an idea, put more points into spoils, they matter and put more points into goals, I believe they also matter. Also midfielders should get more points because they are the best players.

  2. CD system is broken in favour of mids like every other afl award. Jez cameron at 10 is unbelievable. Two north mids in there 😂

  3. LDU will still be overlooked for all-australian so they can squeeze dusty or dangerfield in there 😂😂

  4. Champion Data, the measure of the best player in the league??? What an absolute waste of time. I guess the paper shufflers need something to do with themselves.

  5. This champion data idiocy has got to stop. How in the world is Jeremy Cameron not a top 10 player? The bloke is very clearly top 3 at the moment and is arguably number 1

  6. Re' the kicking %. A question. Are the results normalised for the number of kicks by the respective players? As a Demons tragic, I was thinking the Bowie and/or McVie would have rated well.

  7. The comments prove that people don't listen to these videos

The CD is based off stats it is stupid to argue with them, they are the top 10 players based off STATS

  8. Score Involvement doesn't really make sense as a stat currently. Just being involved in a chain that scores doesn't show impact. Soccer uses "Chance Created" as the pass before the assist for a shot which should be the alternative. Gold Coast had 20 scores and 80 score involvements (only Ballard without a stat), what's the point of that distortion – it means nothing.

  9. Carlton had to learn to win in different ways other than centre bounce clearances and stoppages because the last 4 games last year they were missing 3 of their best 6 mids and missed the finals by 0.6 of a percent so yes they had to go a different way this year and at the moment they are just in cruise control for the first 4 games. Also they demolished North in only 40 minutes of good footy lol

  10. This champion data numpty literally dropped a line that Clayton Oliver isn't a top 2 or 3 player in the comp because of his kicking eff % It's how you know these stats mean nothing. I wonder why the guy that wins the hard ball isn't kicking at a high %

  11. People don't realise how elite Dusty is. But with Lynch out, he needs to go even further and kick a bag if Tigers have any chance against Sydney.

  12. Of course the Victorian media saying about how bad Collingwood played instead of how good Brisbane played lmao

  13. I don't have a problem with 4 out of 23 being a meaningful sample except for a situation like an AFL Season. Are Champion Data seriously suggesting that the grouping of the first 4 rounds is representative of the season as a whole? Look at the different draws for each team. North Melbourne with 2 players in the Top 6. Western Bulldogs 3 in the Top 8. Seriously? Although maybe it shows those teams have elite talent at the top level but no depth.

  14. Could Gerald Healy please just vanish and pi$$ off into the wind? Offers no insight, just a clueless old man that wore out his welcome decades ago. Just f%k off will ya pal
