  1. We love you Julie, so glad your back, our midfield is going to be way stronger thank to YOU❤❤❤

  2. “Doubters are going to doubt”. She looks phenomenal. Olympic Woman Elite Athletes Phenomenal. She has matured. She has always been “cerebral” from a Soccer player perspective. Think Kelley O’Hara. Or her back line mentor, Becky Sauerbrauen. She has further evolved. And don’t minimize the fact that she is an avowed partner with her spouse, an Extreme, World Class, Elite Athlete who carries credentials like: problem strategist during competition and effective performance management. The NFL Season is nothing less than grueling especially for the first tier competition for the Championship. It’s physically impossible to anticipate any demands in which you focus ahead of time, while making the choices that will secure your team’s success. Each year exposes the detritus of players who were heralded the year before as “the second coming…”. To consider this couple as the exclusive first resource for the others Professional Career, I just don’t understand why so many public voices were being raised in discord? Oh. One last comment. Vlatko Adnovski (sp) has handled this progression with aplomb. Kindly climb off the man’s back, support the team, attend as many games when possible, be sure to view the WWC, no matter the outcome. What an amazing time for Professional Women’s Athletic Competition we live in. Enjoy this. Change is a constant.

  3. God she is not only a fine looking woman, but mentally all there. I am sure she will have all it takes to contribute to the team, to the maximum. I am glad motherhood becomes her. Now back to work.

  4. No one is heaping pressure on Julie. Everyone that is excited to have her back with the team is hoping for her to be able to help solve some obvious issues the team has been having. However, everyone will understand if she is unable to do so, the idea that people can’t understand or don’t realize the hurdles involved in coming back after two years and a birth is so very disrespectful. We aren’t stupid. We hope JE can come back and play to the level that she is striving, how is that a bad thing?
Do you Julie, that is all everyone wants from you. Good luck! Everyone is rooting for you!

  5. Just can't wait for her to prove the doubters wrong. I also want both Kelly O'hara, Dunn and Sonnet in he starting lineup. Vladko has one last opportunity to prove himself a good coach.

  6. You are the best women's soccer player I ever watched. So, go and show them what wonderful player you are even after pregnancy.😍

  7. Vlatko didn't keep his word. He said a couple of years ago that all players who were part of the 2019 W.C. had to earn their being called up to the national team by playing in the NWSL. Here we have Julie who has not played in 18 months being asked to join the national team. She is a hell of a player though. Hope that everything works out. I also hope that Vlatko keeps Sullivan.

  8. I am so glad to see Julie come back in time for the World Cup. I really hope she can return to even half the contribution of prior cups. The team has badly missed what she brought. We had the best midfield in the world but then were minus Ertz and S. Mewis. This is potentially a huge lift.
