  1. Dan, very interesting concept- makes perfect sense. YOUR swing is so smooth- I never realized that the head looking back is a component of that. I have my Pro- I’m going to work on that. Thank you!

  2. Great stuff Dan. I've been working on changing my focus to the lower quadrant, 3' behind the ball and it's really helping me. Nobody talks about this but you, kudos! Love the word Attention, I've been struggling with what to call it. Thanks!

  3. This is a fascinating idea. Keeping your eyes focused on the the ball I guess will shorten your backswing. Amazing.

  4. I know I have asked before, so here goes again. So, our attention is going to the ball to quickly, but the professional's attention goes with the motion, but you don't want us to put our head in a place behind the ball, you want us to change our attention to the motion. It isn't a position, it is an intention? In other words, let your head go on the golf swing like we do on the PRO swing? But, swinging the PRO and no ball, I still find myself changing my attention to the ground. The key seems to be to keep your attention focused and don't let it wander? Thanks!

  5. Also, watching the match play this weekend, it seems that every professional does this a little differently, with some very pronounced, think Woods and Nichlaus in the day, and others very subtle. The key seems to be that none of them, absolutely none of them have their attention on the ball, correct?

  6. Hi Dan,, I tried this technique at the range this afternoon and my iron striking was much more consistent and powerful. Initially I had to get over the fear of missing the ball completely before becoming more confident with it. I pulled out the driver for the last three balls and the first one was the best drive I have ever hit. I was shocked by the noise off the club face and the looping trajectory. Thanks for the great video although the lady taking swings behind you is a bit distracting. Is this meant to be some sort of analogy of the concept you are explaining? 😂 Murray
