Diorra was absolutely amazing.
Nick there is something that the entire TV sport cast are missing when it comes to the Lakers. If D-Lo is not healthy enough to play, the Lakers won't make it out the first round because AD and DS doesn't fit for 3 reasons. 1. when DS first played for the Lakers in 2020 after the title, he rubbed the organization wrong, when he came in and had the audacity to declared himself a starter, especially when the Lakers had just dismantled OKC in the bubble where he wasn't even a starter.
2. He doesn't respect AD or LBJ when it comes to differing to them because he honestly believe that he is as great as them. There is no way that DS should be taking more shots than AD or LBJ in any game. He always looks for his shot first and only passes when the double team comes. Most of the time AD is open and he doesn't even attempt to pass the ball. 3. When he first got to LA he was playing for a big contact, and we know how that went and now he is playing to redeem himself. He is a perfect fit with the bench players because then he can be the man. D-Lo and AR-15 is the key to the Lakers aspiration. D-Lo and AR-15 has both accepted their roles and that's the key. DS hasn't, except when he is leading the second unit. On a side note, they rested Vando so he would be fresh to take KL tomorrow and it almost back fired. Glad they were able to pull off the win without playing him down the stretch. 🙏

I love you Nick, but I have to be fair. The Lakers did not have the best record in the league in 2020. The Bucks did and Giannis was by far the best defender in basketball. I would also argue if the MVP is a coin flip it should go to the guy that dropped 50 to win the Finals, not the guy who hasnt even been to the conference finals.
