Ankle mobility in the golf swing

The foot and ankle has to go through the motions of dorsiflexion, pronation (rolling in) and supination (rolling out) during the golf swing. If you have stiffness in these motions, it can cause swing faults and can lead to injury. Limited ankle dorsiflexion flexion is linked to loss of posture in the golf swing.
