  1. He might be an Entertainer but completing 40% of your passes in the NFL while throwing toothpicks a game isn't very entertaining for long. He obviously has a lot of potential but he is very raw. Seems to see the game pretty well though so I have hopes for him for sure! Would love to somehow see the Raiders get him and see him train behind Jimmy for at least a year and maybe mixitup second year and possibly take over full-time. Jimmy seems like the perfect guy for that. Like, this kid doesn't need I'm going to teach him how to run and be ethletic and Beastie he needs someone to teach him how to send the pocket and see the game and study and get the ball out quickly at the right place most of the time. That's Jimmy

  2. One year starter is ALL I needed to hear but completing under 60% of his passes just tells me this guy is a project at best.

  3. Richardson needs a lot of development. Teams that typically draft in the top five don't have the patience or time to let a QB sit.

  4. A 5yr old has "potential"…Trey Lance went top 5 on potential , Brock Purdy people felt reached his ceiling so he went last pick. However, Richardson likely has more natural gifts than Lance so don't be surprised if he goes top 5….but it is a risk.

  5. I would like the Raiders to take him and not play him the first season. If they don’t go in that direction then take Hooker in the second round but that round rounder needs to Jalen Carter or top DB.

  6. The Ravens are watching this guy very close, I suspect. Looking up the draft grade for Lamar and this guy was the same 6.40 projected the be a good starter within 2 years.

He's basically, Lamar 2.0 and the medicine for the headache Lamar has given the Ravens.

  7. The falcons be dumb not to take him .. bro can be a RB or LB if it don't work out. Or even a nice TE . But he's what you created on Madden on 99 over all

  8. I would trade up to #5 with the Seahawks and pick Richardson. They can pick Jaylen Carter still in the middle of the first round.

  9. Cardinals trade down Seattle will pick Will Anderson a team would have to give up the farm for the #3 pick.

  10. Athlete QBs are not usually the ones who succeed in the NFL. Great in college but they rarely if ever win anything at the pro level.
There's a reason Lamar Jackson can't find a home. Louisville was the ONLY division 1 school that told him he could play QB, the other scholarship offers came from schools who wanted him to play WR/RB

  11. Zach Wilson not only wasn’t ready to start from year 1, but he went to the wrong team to develop him. The Jets were looking for a ready made player like Joe Burrow; but Zach was a project that the Jets were not equipped with the right staff to groom.
Anthony Richardson needs to go to the right team to develop him just like Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen did. Otherwise, he will be ruined.

  12. I scene a 100 prospects coming to this league that can throw the ball 100000 yd. And neither one of them could hit the broadside of a barn. This time every year the media Does this

  13. If he didn’t do that on purpose then why would anybody draft him first. That’s some horrible accuracy if that was a accident. He did it for attention 😂

  14. It’s always the questions about the black QB just let the kid play and see what happens if he’s not ready let him sit till he’s ready

  15. Richardson looks a lot like the next D Cullpepper. But will he have even as much success.

  16. Richardson has terrible college rankings, people must not have checked it out. He's not even in the top 100 .

  17. Throwing the football around in shorts and t shirts is all fine and dandy and he looks great doing that. So does everyone else. Pro days tells you absolutely nothing about what kind of player he is going to be. He had a 53% competition percentage and 16 td passes in 13 games and less than 3000 yards passing. That should tell you all you need to know about Richardson. He is going to be a spectacular bust but if he does make it he won’t be starting for the next 2 years bevause he is t capable of starting right now. I draft someone in round one they are being drafted to start. Immediately.

  18. Hendon Hooker is far far far better than Richardson and Levis. And it’s not even close. That Thompson kid from UCLA is also better than Richardson and Levis. Richardson started 1 year and has 6 wins.

  19. Part of me wishes that he could stay an extra year in college to develop, get his accuracy up and learn more skills to ensure he performs better in the NFL. But the reality is he is being given a once in a lifetime opportunity as a first round nfl draft prospect. If he doesn’t take the opportunity now, he might never get the chance to be drafted next year or to be a starter in the NFL. I hope whatever team drafts him allows to develop, he’s not ready to play day 1.

  20. People need to stop sleeping on Anthony Richardson going number 1 overall. Yes the Panthers would again get a QB in the mold of Cam Newton. The Panthers might have wanted to have their choice of qbs and Richardson could be their guy.

  21. This guy is this year’s Malik Willis. Press talks him up but he’s going to be drafted in the middle rounds because he’s so raw

  22. If Lamar goes to the Colts, I hope Ravens take Richardson at #4. He’ll be on Rookie contract a few years probably and Ravens can build around him ( something they failed to do for Lamar).

  23. Not a first rounder. Not an NFL QB, Another Tim Tebow. Stellar athletes, not great fits as QBs in the NFL.

  24. There is nothing amazing about him hitting the scaffolding. That is an errant throw, and should be acknowledged as such.

  25. Richardson is not even a Cam Newton. And look how Cam Newton fell off. Somehow Richardson supposed to be better and possibly mvp? People are so delusional 😂😂

  26. Anthony Richardson and Josh Allen have quite similar college statistics with Richardson having a slight edge and he played against Alabama, Georgia, LSU, etc. They stand toe to toe intellectually as quarterbacks and Richardson’s tangibles are more impressive. Allen was a 52% his first year with the Bills. I’ll take my chances with Richardson doing at least that well. I trust his upside.

  27. Yeah the AR15 hype is getting way to crazy, way to fast. I hope whoever drafts him doesn’t put unreachable expectations on him. Hopefully they keep it slow, and don’t expect too much too quickly.

  28. Yeah nothing wrong with being Swaggy while playing the QB position. These old white owners need to get with the times. Nowadays players get behind & follow a guy who is good at what they do, and are confident at what they do. No matter how they show that they’re confident. Passing on a guy, solely because they show too much confidence & dance & have fun on the field is terrible & probably a trait of owners & GM’s who are known for losing a lot.

Edit** the only thing that makes Hendon Hooker a “project” is his ACL injury. In my eyes he’s got more skills & more day one starter potential than AR15. Hooker is being slept on bad right now.

  29. Side note** Trubisky drafted before Mahomes & Watson will go down in the history books as one of the worst misses in NFL history. I feel like it was a clear miss in the moment as well, not just a hindsight 20/20 miss. He Mitch was being spoken of as drafted too highly in 2017 as well.

  30. Zach Wilson=Richardson if he starts way too earlier..needs 2-3 yrs developed and need vet qb to start..if no team is going after Lamar what makes other team going after Richardson..????
