If Krizo comes in peeled with better posing and control of his mid section he will easily crack top 6 at the Olympia. Justin is my pick to make a solid pro debut. Carlos still needs improvement in his back. Justin is more complete.

I understand the Cbum reference but Chris literally went from a bodybuilder who also coached, in Iain Vailliere, to the greatest coach of all-time, Hany Rambod. Improvements were almost a guarantee. Can’t say he’ll have similar results going to anybody else.
Krizzo's back is still lacking lat width and thickness untill he gets corrects that he will not be a real threat in the O. Agree he needs a new coach who can show him how to train his back properly
Krizo should work harder on he's chest and back
The biggest problem with krizo is his high and small lats.
Krizo needs to stop training arms directly and train back twice a week for the next 6-12months
