CLEVELAND GOLF PUTTERS – TFI 2135 EDITION

CLEVELAND GOLF PUTTERS – TFI 2135 EDITION

Over the last 18 months, Cleveland Golf has been transformed into a short game only brand as it looks to focus on what it does best. The quality of its 588 RTX 2.0 wedges speaks for itself, but its putters have always been a point of contention… until now.

For 2016, Cleveland Golf has released its TFi 2135 putters and it is the brand’s first major step towards becoming a fully-fledged short game brand.

TFi stands for ‘True Feel Innovation’. Cleveland Golf realised that, because golfers have different putting strokes, address positions and club preferences, it’s hard to ensure they’re set up over the ball correctly every time.

The Cleveland Golf TFi 2135 putters have an alignment line that has been raised by 21.35mm, also known as the exact radius of the golf ball. This means it doesn’t matter where your eyes are positioned, you can always create the perfect alignment.

In total, there are three models in the range – the 1.0, 6.5 and 8.0. The TFi 2135 1.0 is a classic blade style putter with a plumber’s neck hosel. The same can be said for the 8.0 model, which differs as it is a counterbalanced design with a longer shaft and grip. The TFi 6.5 is a mid-mallet with a single bend heel-shafted design.

All of these Cleveland Golf putters have a copper infused face cap giving both feel and consistency across the face.

In this video, Cleveland Golf brand manager Adam Sheldon takes us through the range and shows how it can benefit you on the course.
