These players act as though the salary cap doesn’t exist. You want the QB to get paid whatever he wants, but also you want playmakers at key positions. Whatever team that pays Lamar Jackson what he wants, will kneecap the team from putting playmakers at key positions. So pay a QB what he wants, and then can’t put an elite OLine, Or elite receivers, or elite defense around him. A QB that wants to win, needs to consider leaving money on the table to put a team around him. 🤷🏾♂️
