Q.
Just before the player was about to make a stroke at their ball, it rolled down the hill. Is the player penalised, and when are they supposed to play from now?

A.
As the player did not cause the ball to move, it was determined that it was natural forces, e.g. gravity, that caused the ball to move, and therefore the player just plays it as it lies.
