Yes!!! New podcast. I look for a new one every morning.
I watch the "older" ones regularly. This content goes well with a cup of coffee. I hit the road at 7am, gym at 730 and it's my morning motivation.
I do strength training an hypertrophy, some martial arts(more to come), and I plan to start running up Mt Elden when the snow clears here in a few weeks to keep that beast mode activated.
I just love this because it is like my life and it's the kind of conversation I need to hear. Thanks for doing this, your podcast has become one of my favorites by far!!!😊😊

Chad is a legend, he helped in building the UFC. The Conner days, which was the sharpest uprise for the UFC, and its never looked back.
Connors biggest issue is USADA
Alvarez as well, who I believe Mendez will be fighting in bare knuckle fighting.

I can relate big time to that intro. Time flies way too quickly. The last ten years have been a blur. Everything has changed. You go from living for yourself in your 20s, to having a family and being a provider in your 30s. The selfish aspect of things fades away and new goals emerge.

Is anybody else having issues listening to this podcast on Spotify? It does load on Spotify.
I remember being a bouncer in San Luis Obispo and working for ASH Management at Bull's Tavern at the time Chad was going to Cal Poly. When that guy would come into the bar and was on a good one, you could always expect to have some type of chaos going on inside the bar definitely involving Chad and bigger individuals, leveling then in the bar or worse. It has been nice to see him come up through the ranks and progress in his career.
