In this episode, Chris and Tony discuss the new PXG GEN6 line of drivers, woods, hybrids, and irons.
For drivers, we get two models–the O311 and XF. For now, there is no designated “low spin” model. Aluminum Vapor is gone from the crown, and PXG is pushing the moveable weights (3 in the standard model and 2 in the XF) toward the extreme perimeter of the body.
Now, on to the fairways and hybrids. We get the same two model designations as the drivers. The XF model is larger than the standard model and includes rail geometry on the sole–hopefully minimizing “fat” shots of the turf.
Last up are the P and XP irons. With a thinner face, we hope to see more ball speed produced with these two models.

I'd like to see how much better gen6 is vs my Gen 1 0311
I don't know anyone that is not pro who buys new clubs every year. The golf companies make way to much money on their clubs. I'm getting promo's in my email for drivers by Taylor Made for $300.00 off the regular price. If companies can do this and still make a profit, their prices are to high, and sales don't mean they are taking a loss it just means they are making less profit.
