Crazy to see only three elite programs make it this far. Looks like it could be an underdogs year.
The moment and the stage probably got the best of Martin there. Everyone makes mistakes and what really counts is how you react from a mistake. Probably will receive hate for the time being but a great learning experience to help grow into a mature player. Congrats to FDU for an incredible run and Florida Atlantic on making it to the Sweet 16!!!
Honestly this is the one time where I can say the players let the coach down. There’s nothing a can coach can do when your plates miss so many Lay ups

absolutely nothing wrong with the dunk attempt at the end. For 99.5% of these players any one of these games could be their very last ever played on such a stage, show what you got before its all too late
Florida Atlantic got a offensive rebound and three pointer that took the fight out of FDU they grinded this game out.
I luv this time of year bc March madness is the craziest thing invented since slice bread and the leg warmers. My team never wins but that's ok. The NAACP people have created pure excitement for all of us!! I luv it too much!!!!
So ok he was wrong for the dunk attempt. BUT FDU has been throwing a lot of words to Purdue etc! All.game they were talking… It's part of the game. If FDU would have won they would have done the same!!!! Bye!
I was at this game in Columbus and you would have thought it was a home game for FDU, crowd was rooting for them all night long

Was really rooting for FDU. FAU coach is soft. He's scared of what's coming his way. Talking about physical basketball but has a guy fail dunk in the last second. Embarrassing big time. Hope the Vols win by 20
I'm happy for FAU making it to the Sweet 16 because it validates them being ranked for much of the regular season even though most people had never heard of them and none of their games were on national TV. If they had lost in their conference tournament or lost in the first round of the NCAA tournament they would have just been another mid-major team that won a lot of games. Making the Sweet 16 guarantees their place in history. Good on them.
