Hey screen printers here is a quick video on screen printing polyester performance shirts. We are using a low bleed poly ink- on Badger softlock t-shirt. The first 2 screens are 160 mesh count- wet on wet- flash and then we printed the last 2 colors through a 230 mesh count.
