pros already play "special" tour-only balls, I don't see the big deal with them playing yet another different ball to the rest of us….I guess that sums up where I'm at on the topic but I appreciate some good points you've all had…but I think Geoff summed it up quite succinctly: doesn't matter what gets done, pros will find a way

this was great, thanks
How will this impact the bellow average distance tour players?
"We think of the game as it's best when we were most in love with it".
This is the truest statement and the heart of all sporting debates. Tiger vs Jack, tell me when you took up the game, I'll tell you your answer.
What a joke that soon after the debate ends Callaway's commercial appears saying more distance from a new driver

As a fan: I want to watch golf, not how long the guys hit. Can this really bring in other/older courses on tv? I would want that!
We need a longer ball not shorter the 99.99999% need to be left alone 🙈👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾🤦♀️🤷🏼♂️⛳️🏌🏼♂️use better agronomy Fairways not airport pro runways
Are you talking about the old course where the fairways were actually faster than the greens? How will a ball change that.
To make it even easier during a pro tournament give them 10 yards of rough and after that is OB
I would love to see Augusta let the fairways grow longer. Less rollout on drives, random fliers from the fairway. No need to change the ball
