  1. I think this course is very far from pro tour standards. Definitely not my favourite. 😬
Ok. May have jumped the gun.
    It's actually not that bad.
Certainly prefer wooded courses but this is not that bad. 😁

  2. According to the event page only 1 woman participated in the design of the course, and it shows. How is this still an issue all these years later?

  3. 5 long honk free days … What a shame … Unfortunately this course from what I hear from both fpo coverage and mpo practice, is it's just not that score-able and love it or hate it, I think that this is actually good for the sport. A brutally hard, but if you're playing reasonably well and converatively, should be par-able. Is something this sport hasn't had for a long time. Yeah the course is punishing. But if it still takes say 83 strokes what does it really matter if the par is 93 or 73? You play each other, not the course (directly at least). That's to say if the best score over the tournament is a +2, they still win, it's not like there is a rule where everyone loses and no one gets paid, if no one shoots under even.

And personally I think this sort of course teaches you precision. But, in bad weather like this is, I can totally understand how annoying it can be and frankly in bad weather it's totally un-score-able.

  4. Didn’t MPO play a 583’ flat ground par 3 last week? I don’t think I heard any mention of it becoming a par 4 again, but I heard suggestions that plenty of holes here be “made more scorable” on this coverage, often by adding a stroke to their par; the same coverage that both called a 355’ hole “short” then commended layups on a 315’ hole. I must be missing something.

  5. Did the OB rundown for back 9 as well!

Total 38 mentions of OB or Out of Bounds
Madison 18 and Erica again 20
Hole 18 wins with 11 mentions
    Hole 17 didn't get one!

    Full round:
    75 mentions
    Erica 40
    Madison 35

  6. Not keen on the amount of ob, it's too prescriptive. Never the less engoyed the round, coverage and commentary. Honk

  7. I love all the complaints about the course because I’m tired of hearing “oh it’s an easy par 3 350 no ob.” This is an elite series tournament…make elite plays

  8. Disc golf….I'd never heard of it until mentioned in comments on another channel…So it's a real thing then 🤔😂

  9. Loooved the commentary as always, would love love love to see a TwoHotGeese practice round with other fpo players in a coming tournament! 😀

  10. I don’t understand the people whining about the course design. These are some of the best people in the world. Play like it

  11. So much more of a fan of dedicated disc golf courses than these converted ball golf courses. Half the holes on this course are really boring to watch, there's no real consideration of the players' risk/reward calculus so even the top pros are just getting their pars and moving on.

  12. When I wake up in the morning to watch round one MPO and it’s not up yet. Sad I guess I have to go to gatekeeper.

  13. Sometimes I wonder how some of these people are playing on the pro tour. Key word “Pro”. Kristin is the only pro.

  14. FARther, pertaining to actual physical distance. Disc goes Farther, tee pad is Farther back, her disc was Farther out. FURther, she is Further down the leaderboard than I am, we will discuss the front 9 further on the back 9.

  15. Love the commentators and coverage!
Not all courses are easy and free of OB, not all courses punish bad shots, I like the variety the tour has to offer as the year goes by.

  16. Carey with a clear stance violation on her putt on 15. Not surprised it wasn't called in the moment, but getting to see it from two camera angles including slow, I'm surprised the geese didn't mention it.

  17. Madison is such a sweetheart and every video with the Geese commenting there is a moment where I think to myself that Erika is relentlessly mean and rude to her. I’m honestly surprised Madison still puts up with it, but if I had to guess it is because she is a very loyal person.

  18. Seems like a pretty tough course for the women (especially with the wind), with only one par 3 under 300'. I like it! Lots of OB, especially around the green area. Seems a bit overboard, but everyone has to play it, so, "Play on"! If the wind stays up, I doubt the winning score gets more than 3 to 5 under for the women. Thanks for the coverage, Jomez!

  19. Two Hot Geese very quickly becoming the best commentating duo in the sport. . . Entertaining, informative, and genuine, that's a winning combination.

  20. I don't like the artificial ob, but I have no issue with the red on the scorecard, a course that is tough but still has the scoring separation. Makes it mentally tough.

  21. I have to agree with Erica … I'm not a fan of artificial OB. That is just a sign of poor/lazy course design. Great coverage by Erica and Madison as usual. Always entertaining. I thought the card still played pretty darn well considering the conditions.
