  1. Fernandes…what about that talentless twat Antony giving up on Gakpo after throwing himself onto the Dutchman as Cody broke out, then hanging on his shoulders briefly. He just stopped and let Cody run with Salah. If he had have stayed with Cody, he might have been able to hinder Cody on the final tap in.

  2. It's just a blip, move on….say the Mancs and Bitters. Equivalent of putting your fingers in your ears and saying nerrrr! It's historic lads.

  3. The match and win reminded me of a couple seasons ago when our passing and attacking seemed to be off the cuff and confused the hell out of the opposition. All done with smiles on the players faces and like they were actually having fun destroying teams. Long may it continue.
    YNWA.

  4. Re Salah's performance – no surprise that JĆ¼rgen doffed his cap to Mo at the end…

  5. The record breaker King Mo šŸ¤“
183 goal contributions in 205 games in the PL !!
Mo Salah is so special, and the proof of that was what Kloop did on the pitch post-match. Klopp approached Salah and hat off and bow to him like he is bowing to a king. this is a historical act from an exceptional manager like Klopp to a legendary football player like Salah. We are so lucky to enjoy this era of LFC. We are really in 7th heaven # YNWA

  6. don't see why you lads shouldn't get a show on the official podcast channel for pool, you'd do yourselves proud no doubt. šŸ‘

  7. I admit I was very unhappy with Elliot, thought Klopp was going to kill him
My confidence in him was lacking, Due to size i admit it, pushed off the ball too easy,
Then I saw Sammy Lee, And I realized What his role is

  8. Ancelotti has the Istanbul 6 mins, on repeat at Madrid
I learned that its part of Italian Folk lore and common language
To capitulate is to do an Ancelotti

  9. The worst thing about this results itā€™s now Iā€™m confident we beat Madrid 4-0 and progress and if we donā€™t Iā€™ll be devastated šŸ˜‚

  10. It was great to win the way we did, but I am acutely aware that it would be just like us to do that and then lose to Bournemouth. 1230 kick offs always worry me.

  11. As joyous as i have been over the past few days over this mauling of Manure United, i know many who read my comments on various LFC fan channel platforms think i only want doom for my beloved club, nothing could be further from the truth, we can't all wear tin foil hats and ignore the obvious glaring flaws in how the season was going, factual criticism pointed towards the owners the manager and his staff and the players is very important from the fan base it keeps them all on their toes and they have to realise not all fans are brainwashed by the "blind club loyalty" BRAINWASHING if we was to continuously applaud them when they are clearly not carrying out their roles at the club then things will only become more detrimental at the club, yes the 7-0 was a astonishingly joyous result but we did get every bounce fall for us, and we still allowed them two glaringly easy chances whilst the score was 0-0 i have not given up on over turning the 5-2 against RM we have to play the perfect game and that means playing with a clear plan to not allow RM to counter us easily and play patient football, i do feel we can turn RM over if the players learn from the first leg. Ancelloti has mocked Klopp for being ever so predictable so Klopp how about you think outside the box for the second leg and make Ancelloti eat his words, its about time this manager and players gave them a bloody nose, RM is not a good side VJ is way over hyped just another speed merchant, there defence is so fragile nullify Modric and Benzema the brains in the team and RM will look very ordinary.

  12. Absolutely correct on this result not papering over the cracks.

Three midfielders and a centre back.

Essential summer signings. Get that done – AND DONE EARLY – and we can make a move for the league again. I fully believe that.

Problem is, as always, FSG. John Henry already coming out with his ā€˜responsible and sustainableā€™ rhetoric. Already laying the ground work for zero investment. The nonsense about seeking minority investment from outsideā€¦ yeah youā€™ve been doing that for literally 5 years and nobody is interested because why the hell would they be? Why on earth would anyone stump up Ā£500m for 15% of a business theyā€™d have no say in?

That isnā€™t going to happen. Which means yet again, weā€™ll see lack of investment this summer. Everyone dreaming of this Ā£250m summer where we get Gvardiol and Bellinghamā€¦ yeah that would be great. It transforms us. It isnā€™t going to happen.

Weā€™ll get Ā£75m net if weā€™re lucky. So weā€™ll need to be creative to get 3 midfielders and a centre back that make a different for those prices. Which in the past iā€™d have confidence in but now? Weā€™ve lost several key people in the recruitment team and by all accounts the manager and his assistant have taken more of a lead on signingsā€¦ and Ā£120m on Nunez and Gakpo doesnā€™t suggest an ability to find undervalued gems.

Personally, iā€™m dreaming of Bellingham and Lavia. Sign those two, combined with Bajcetic and you genuinely might not have to sign a starting midfielder for another 10 years.

  13. Love the in-depth analysis. And those huge smiles which IĀ“ve also had since Sunday evening. YNWA.

  14. Superb Analysis. Great points. True need to manage players game time esp for big games. Look at hendo, robbo yesterday. Quality players but need to be 100% energized as they get older. Harvey what a performance. Again he was exhausted like he was at wolves fa cup replay cause his workrate was phenomenal. Look at him when mo scores 6th. Was exhausted eventually went over to him and tried lift him up. Straight away klopp took him off. As fans all you can ask for is 100% and Harvey does that. We have to manage his game time esp so young and no where near filled out yet. We look to have 4 very classy youngsters going to come through in DOAK ( genuinely as good as youngster I've seen on the training pitch/games certainly since Owen. Doak has everything needed in temperament, speed, passing. Other 3 Elliott, Bajcetic and the very unlucky Ramsey. All 4 I think will come through. Ben is especially talented. We look after him.

  15. Crap – no Florida stops?!?! Happy for my mates in Detroit (my original home town); but the weather's lousy up north in March LOL

  16. Well done lads on the improved pronunciation of Bajcetic. You've now got the "Buy" part sorted, just need to remember that the final syllable is "itch", not "ick"

    Buy -chet -itch

  17. Since he's joined Liverpool in 2017, Salah has gotten more yellow cards for taking his shirt off while celebrating against United than United have goals at Anfield šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£
