  1. Orlando Brown for 16 >>>>> Taylor for 20. He's the 17th highest paid tackle in the league. Idk how thats just an "okay"

  2. I got a great idea let’s do an update of the greatest DT prospect ever, Jalen Carter. Gosh he’s special. Hacks.

  3. I don’t think getting the most injury prone backup qb (Mike White) was a good move for MIA. They could easily be on QB3/QB4 again

  4. Shaq mason is definitely an upgrade last year. He allowed one sack and he’s not a starter? TJ Ward isn’t a starter?

  5. Suggestion: post the team screen 1st n then discuss team decision merits as it gives us the opportunity to read moves while you chit-chat endlessly over minutia pts! But, forced to listen to your redundant pts gets boring, sorry. Let us indirectly participate by at least providing us an alternative task other than auditory skills.

  6. Regarding the Patriots: For years, the rest of the division wasn't good, so the other teams consistently got good draft picks. The Patriots are drafting high at 14 this year. The difference shows. If you draft at 10-15 every year, you should build up talent.

  7. The Jet's want to offer cheap compensation n limited buy-out $ yet desire a premier qb! Ugh. Both Jet's n Packer's need to be pro-movement n compromise. This ain't gonna be a cheap deal for anyone!

  8. The Steelers are upgrading all of their Free Agents with proven Athletic High IQ Veterans for less Money; with the exception of Kazee and Ogunjobi which I love and made a positive impact on our Defense!

    Sutton – Peterson

    Spillane – Holcomb

    Jack – Roberts

    Kazee/Ogunjobi

Football IQ is forgotten. They saved 8 Million by cutting Jack! Now; Let's Bring back Edmunds.

  9. Is Ju-Ju worth that much? Egads…this is like watching NBA teams throwing $ away or the MLB paying some 0.250 lifetime hitter $15M/yr.

  10. As a raiders fan I like their moves, tagging jacobs is a smart way to play a situation with a rb coming off by far his best year as his production is likely to drop. Based off how mcdaniels has wants to play, I think they can likely get better production with jimmy g instead of carr because he really knows the system for nearly half the price so I like that move as well and if they draft a qb in the first two rounds I think that would be good. I have sort have lost confidence in wallers ability to stay on the field and even when he was on the field last year he seemed to show poor effort at times, not to mention he was the highest paid TE in the league which is absolutely terrible value! Fine w the trade, wish they could have gotten more tho. Now it’s time to sign a couple decent defensive players and draft the shit out of defense.

  11. Wow calm down Tee Higgins wouldn't be the best pick in the draft the Bears just spent a 1st round pick on DJ Moore and a bunch of draft capital

  12. Forget about TEE HIGGINS! CINCY IS NOT LETTING HIM GO. SO STOP THE BULLSHIT

  13. You've got a boner for tee leaving.DUKE HAS ALREADY SIAD "HES OUR RECEIVER GO FIND YOUR OWN" YOU GUYS ARE THE ONLY ONES WHERE THIS KEEPS GOING.

  14. Is there a way to just kick the Texans out of the nfl? They aren't adding anything. It's almost like their goal is 3 wins. I mean it's nice to have a free win on the schedule for other teams I just feel like it could be a bit more interesting. They've been in rebuild mode my entire life.

  15. If the starters you bring in are backup quality on any other team, are they really starters?

  16. You guys are faaaar too reliant on stats. So much more goes in to success, most importantly scheme fit. There are so many factors that go into why a player has good or bad stats. You can’t just say, well this guy had better stats than this other guy so he’s better…

  17. Texans are absolutely doing the same stuff this year. A bunch of short deals on C+ to B- players at best. Even if Steve likes the players better….its the same plan! Sam is entirely right on this lol. I don't even care about the Texans lol

  18. Love how Steve owns Sam, Sma is so bad at his takes, he was a bit more positive this episode but he truly is bad, or had he would say, objectively bad 🤣, owned him on the opening of the Texans segment and I’m not even an AFC guy. Great work Steve you need a better dance partner, time to boot 🥾 Sam off the show, all he does is create speed bumps

  19. Makes zero sense how 3-4 good starters is the same Texans as last year. These are definitely better players. In fact some of them are graded decently on pff. Not only that above the guys they obviously replaced from last years team.

  20. Mason is a starter on many teams. Ward is a starter even on a Superbowl caliber team defense. Jets had a good defense last year where Rankins started. Makes zero sense how those guys are not better than most teams free agency. Including the whole AFC south. Who they practically laughed at the Colts next. 😅

  21. I'm thinking the Cowboys have set themselves up for a trade of their #1 pick in an attempt to get Tee Higgins, just have to wait an see…

True about the Browns needing some flash on offense so getting some weapons will perk it up…

Pretty good group by signed Houston…

  22. Not understanding these T Higgins talking: can't the Bengals simply franchise tag him next year and trade him?

  23. Saying Pipkins is a guard and not a tackle is just embarrassing. Salyer is gonna be a much better LG than he was a LT. Sky is the limit for the O-Line.

  24. A few things for Houston.

    1. Caserio's been adamant from the jump he looks at the team through a two-year window. He came in with Watson's future in doubt, but the predator's off-the-field misconduct had a ton to do with what made the 2020 season a waste of time.

    2. Sam's correct in the 1-2 year structure in free agency being the same. It's extremely disingenuous to compare the likes of Rankins, Ward, Mason, Woods (potentially Denzell Perryman) to the previous classes. All 4, maybe 5, of those guys are significant talent upgrades and better scheme fits for Demeco and Slowik. Something else that's often missed with Caserio's approach is he's been pretty aggressive with re-signing or extending players who perform well on the shorter/expiring deals. (Desmond King, Tavierre Thomas, Maliek Collins, Tunsil extension)

    3. Lastly, I get the allure of signing a multi-year high APY free agent, but doing so in weak-to-bad free agency classes immediately after taking years to shed horrific BOB and Jack Easterby contracts is malpractice. Caserio managed to draft 3-4 quality starters in the 2022 draft class, he's retained 2 starters and added 4 more starters in free agency. I'm fine with him banking they'll find another few quality players with their 10 draft picks this year and again in 2024.
