One of my favorite swings to watch was George Knudson…. kind of reminds me of him
It’s 4.5 Million good!
I suspect he hits thousands of golf balls per week. As he ages his coordination will deteriorate and he won’t be able to compensate. Limited golfing lifespan!
Sheffler is “bowling” with his foot movement
I'd guess his trail foot going the "wrong way" is to counter balance his incredibly fast hip turn and the way he rotates his lead foot. Maybe he spun around too much as a junior and felt it was the only way of stopping spinning around completely. From an aesthetic view it's not a pretty swing but you can't argue with his bank balance 😀
Harold Varner III also has that trail foot action you’re talking about. Great analysis!
Great analysis. It seems that much of his foot action is caused by how close he stands to the ball. He is to create room for the down swing, so he’s moving away from the ball.
