Global payments gateway Mastercard is the title sponsor of the DGC Open second year in a row. After signing Shiv Kapur, the company plans to sponsor players from different sports in India, Manasi Narasimhan, VP & Head (Marketing) for Mastercard, tells News9 Sports in a short interview. Manasi also spoke about performing the balancing act between rival Tours — PGA Tour and Asian Tour — after the latter received $300 million 10-year investment and snapping ties with India’s top-ranked golfer Anirban Lahiri after he joined PIF-funded LIV Golf Series.
