"30's is your peak!", well yupp.. I'm 31 and had an achiles rupture last week so I'm gonna guess that was the peak.. Doctor had such a laugh, apparently I was the first one that had it from playing parkour tag. Note to self, never let your kid fool you into playing tag before warming up when yourรฉ over 30 ๐
