Mullin appears to hit the goalkeepers arm with his hand to knock the ball loose. Foul on Mullin not called and goal allowed. But it was difficult to see..
There will come a change in the law when keepers needing treatment have to go off like outfield players. This week-in, week-out gamesmanship in just about all games is now endemic, and needs a full stop.
As a Southend fan, I have to say we were second best to Wrexham, who just about deserved to win it. Was it a push on Arnold? I have replayed it it a few times and frozen it and it looks like a hand comes across his face and does enough to distract him but I’m not sure it was a push – the decision could have gone either way. Same story for Southend, some decent players but no real goal scoring threat. We have now lost to three teams above us in a row and shows you where we are. The table doesn’t lie! Good luck Wrexham, I’m jealous of your ownership and backing!
It wasn't a great game, the weather was terrible and the pitch wasn't 100 percent ( no surprise after the weather we have been getting) but a wins a win and that's all that counts at the end of the season. This is the first Wrexham match in ages that has been below par entertainment wise but the excuses are valid.
In the reverse fixture, Jake Hyde had a goal disallowed that would’ve seen Southend pick up three points, while today at The Racecourse Ground, Maher felt the referee was in the wrong to allow the winning goal after a Dragons player collided with goalkeeper Steve Arnold.
The Head Coach said: “It’s twice we played them this season and twice we’ve been on the wrong end of bad decisions. Their player’s clever and he’s just nicked Arnie’s arm as he’s catching the ball. I can’t see how the referee hasn’t seen it.

Loved the tribute at 47 minutes for Jammy.
Looked like Mullin fouled the keeper.
That first goal is Wrexhams Hand of God play
Hand of Loke came into play, well done.
Even as a life long Spurs fan, I’m oddly invested in the story of Wrexham and the “will they, won’t they” narrative of trying to get promoted.

Can't feel great about that goal he pushed it in with his hand lol
Shows he doesn't only dive to get results can also knock the arm of the goalkeeper. He must be so proud of himself. What a reputation.
What was his 👋 doing up there in the first place? The ghost of Maradona.
Commentator Mullin heads the ball bloody nowhere near his head 🤣 a wins a win UTST 🏴⚽❤️🏴⚽❤️
Southend goalie was fantastic.

Can’t believe they got the pitch ready for that game. Way to go guys!

A game with VAR would've seen that goal overturned. That said I'm still happy Wrexham won. 🙂
