I’m a caps fan here, I’ve been watching Dustin Brown after the 2009 NHL All Star Game was where I started watching hockey! With 2 Stanley Cups in a 3 year span from 2012-2014 is definitely a well deserved jersey retirement for becoming the captain of 2 Stanley Cups and still continuing his role on this team and sends this team to a brighter future from their short rebuild! Congrats again Brownie 🖤🤍💜
I've been a Kings Fan all my life, 60 years. They did Dustin dirty by stripping him of his captaincy and even tried to trade him. After he led the team to 2 Stanley Cups. Being a leader isn't always about scoring points. But that's all in the past and I'm glad the organization came to their senses and gave him his just respect. I will always wear my Brownie jersy (with C) with pride. GO KINGS GO !!
Man… just looking at Muzzin… you can tell. You can just see his body's not the same anymore. It really sucks that his career got cut short, but IMO the guy shouldn't play again just for his own health.
The kid from Ithaca New York won two Stanley Cup's and is now a Kings Hall of Famer. An amazing career. Getting his number retired was well deserved. When Doughty, Kopitar, and Quick hang up the skates they will be next.
Was very fortunate enough to watch him play many games in the OHL with the Guelph Storm. He was such a complete player and we all knew he'd be a great player in the NHL.👊
I had the privilege of watching Brown play four times in person, three in L.A. A solid guy. I wish him all the best – A King's A King Forever. And great thing his buddy Jonathan Quick was there for this just before he got traded.
From a die hard Ducks fan I can recognize great talent DB was incredible and a terrifying player to play against. Him and Andre were like Selanne and Karyia back in the day. Congratulations DB you were a hell of a player.
Being in that type of atmosphere was amazing, I went to Paul Karyias jersey retirement in 2018 it was phenomenal. There type of ceremonies are truly phenomenal to witness
dustin grew up with my kids in my house in ithaca Sharon and Brian used to pick him up in the middle of the night during snowstorms the man and his family are all heart there's no more to say I'm so proud of the man he became

Wow. I watched him get drafted and I’ve watched him get his number retired. Full circle.

As a Kings Fan, I am embarrassed to see so many empty seats after all the price gouging that went on for this ceremony.
One of the dirtiest cheap shot artists ever.
I enjoyed watching him wear the USA jersey.

Man when they brought the cup I lost it, couldn’t hold myself together 😭👑
Those players seeing that cup up close had to have lit a fire in them. GO KINGS GO 👑

German fan rooting for the Leafs here.
I am not a fan of the Kings. In fact I dont like them.
BUT
Dustin Brown sure was a "C" the LA Kings could be proud of! He, Doughty and Quick were the three players from LA, I really liked. 🙂
You deserve it Dustin!!! Every single bit of it!!!
Dusin Browns Mom is a Smoke Show lol
Congrats from a Coyotes fan. 2012 aside, nothing but respect for a great career
oiler fan but always respected how he played the game and the character he has
Джерси Копитара тоже будет под куполом
Meanwhile Sean Avery is asking someone if they'd like fries with their order.

These guy was a menance on the ice but such a such soft spoken human being.
Goodness sakes good thing all three fans came and saw this. How pathetic empty seats all over. LA fans for ya.
You definitely learn to love your enemies. I’ve always been a Sharks fan, but this guy was super awesome. I’m glad I got to see him at his best
It’s absolutely sad when there not many people in the stands for this.
I've been in this world in the last 8 of dustin browns career
